A letter from your LMSC Coaches Chair

Montana LMSC Coaches want to help you meet your swim goals, whether that is to swim for fitness, fun, or competition. Many swimmers who either swim by themselves or with a small group are looking for challenging workouts.

Between April 18th and the end of May, the LMSC Coaches Chair, Paul Landes, will post 2 workouts each week to THIS PAGE. Each workout will have a different theme, contain some coaching comments, and can be tailored to meet the needs of any swimmer. I hope you find these workouts meet your needs. If there is positive feedback on this, Paul will start posting workouts again beginning in September.
