A letter from your LMSC Coaches Chair

Montana LMSC Coaches want to help you meet your swim goals, whether that is to swim for fitness, fun, or competition. Many swimmers who either swim by themselves or with a small group are looking for challenging workouts.

The author has found a way to expertly explain each element of the four strokes. Check out the
Freestyle article by Andrew Sheaff. Scroll to the bottom of the article for the links to the other three strokes plus underwater kicking.

There are a number of elements in each stroke and mastering each of them takes time. For those areas where you feel you need improvement, work on them slowly at first until you “feel” the difference. It won’t happen in one session but making these improvement over time will pay off for us all.
