Where to Swim in Polson: The Lake Monsters masters group swims on Tuesday and Friday monrings at 6 a.m., Saturday morning at 7 a.m., Wednesday night at 6 p.m. and Sundays at 4 p.m. at the Mission Valley Aquatic Center on Ridgewater Drive (off US Hwy. 93) in Polson. That’s five workouts a week! The cost is $25/mo. or $40 for a 10-workout punch pass, plus admission to the pool. We even have an indentured service program where you can work off the coaching fees by volunteering with our age group swim team. Organized workouts are typically 2,500-3,500 yards and between one and two hours, depending on swimmer turnout and schedules. All workouts include some focused drill/technique work as well as an aerobic set. In addition to the masters workouts, we offer adult learn to swim and stroke clinics for a wide range of abilities.
