The Flatwater Lake Open Water Swim Club (FLOWS) had a nice turnout at the super fun dual-sanctioned meet on January 15th in Kalispell, MT. About a dozen masters swimmers from Hamilton to Whitefish competed. This allowed the FLOWS to have two relays in each of the relay events! Way to start 2022 out strong!

Saturday is a short course meters meet, and Sunday they have blocked out the pool for the 1-hour postal. CDA and the Croc Center host fun events. This one includes a Saturday breakfast social and a post-event, Sunday XC-Ski social.
